The Regionalisation Pilot
The Pilot’s main goal is to find ways to more effectively and efficiently support you and your club to increase impact, grow membership, and adapt to changing volunteer needs and expectations. Learn more about the key milestones, areas of focus and the people involved in the Pilot.
The Regional Council
Governance across the zone will be overseen by a Regional Council elected by clubs. The Council will develop and oversee systems that improve the consistency and predictability of Rotary and Rotaract programs and services, and will be accountable for outcomes at a regional level.
