The Monitoring and Evaluation team are working with the various Regionalisation Establishment Teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), which will be used to monitor and evaluate the success of the pilot.

These KPIs will be established in partnership with the G-Train and Rotaract leadership. Throughout the pilot, ongoing monitoring and evaluation will be required as new concepts are tested and refined.

KPIs will be shared once they are agreed upon.
