Learning and development is a key part of Rotary, enabling members to expand their reach and have a real, positive impact in their communities.

The Learning and Development team is exploring how training can be delivered in a collaborative, consistent and efficient way across Zone 8. They are working closely with Rotary International and local trainers to ensure the quality of training remains and that existing roles such as club officers have a smooth roll out, while also expanding opportunities for learning, including the development of training for the new regional roles.
