At this stage the Pilot is planned to end in June 2026 with a vote of clubs to determine its success.

The outcomes of the Regionalisation Pilot will be assessed against the pilot objectives and results presented to members.

A future state

Work has started to imagine what a Rotary Zone 8 could look like at the end of the Pilot. This work will be ongoing. On 28 November the Steering Group presented a paper which looked at one possible option for a future state.
